I mingle with a lot of computer techs and support people, and norton is causing a lot of problems, especially in the wireless networks and new sprint aircards and especially with vista.

Just uninstall norton, and save yourself a big headache.

Two good substitutes would be:

http://avast.com/

These are both excellent programs that won't conflict with other software or the operating system.

Half the world uses AVG, and it's very simple and fast.

Avast has a few extra features, but runs a little slower, and appeals more to the gadget crowd.

When downloading Norton anti virus you should turn off your firewalls, then when you finish turn it back on. P.S. also with different IP services you really have them send you their CD of Norton anti virus. Especially if you have NetZero.
you need to up-date the antivirus.....

If it says "Web page can't be displayed" simply look to the line that says "Diagnose Connectivity problems". Click on that phrase and follow the instructions. All computers need this type of "cyber repair" from time to time. After you have completed it enter the relevant e-mail address again and it should appear.
