and everytime i try to go to download it again my internet browser closes! i need help? any suggestions? or is somethin else wrong with my computer like a virus? and if i get it fixed will my documents and picutres erase? well thank you
Somehow my norton antivirus security system got deleted and i can't download a new one....?virus
There is a virus in your computer. So the norton is crack. So download free virson of AVG from www.grisoft.com Then scan whole PC. If virus is protect to install anti virus then format your C: drive than install whole OS. After than insatll AVG and scan ur whole PC.

do a search for AVG and download it, it is free and much better anyway. It does not use nearly as much computer resources when it runs, meaning your computer will be faster for all the things you do.
