Go to norton.com then click on the support link. There is lots of information online, they want everyone using norton to purchase a "help desk" to get assistance. I found a security suite that offers 24/7 7days a week,free technical phone support and has $1,500 insurance for damaged hardware due to virus. Can't get any better than that. Also, has feature for detecting "unknown" virus and other internet threats. Good Luck you'll need it.
