I still have a lot of time left on my subscription which I renewed last November, but today it says that there is a license problem and in task manager I keep seeing rundll32.exe appearing, sometimes it will be listed like 20 times or more! What do I do?

hopei can give you the best answer. it is kinda a silly one. the only way you can REALLY fix this is to contact the company and they can help because they know about their error codes. hope it helps!
