Will having Norton Antivirus and AVG virus software on my computer tpgether cause problems?

yes ... using 2 forms of antivirus protection can cause problems.

Norton (aka the resourcepiggy) should be removed, avg is a good WORKING antivirus.

You will need to use it with common sense and some form of adaware removal

(adaware works great, spybot also works great)

Having Norton on your computer will cause more problems than it solves, nomatter what you combine it with.

Keep AVG, and throw Norton in the bin. That's all it's fir for.

Yes they will conflict with each other.Better having one.
Never run two anti virus programs at the same time. You would have to be incredibly lucky not to have conflicts. It's for you to decide which one to get rid of but if it was me I would dump Norton. This is because it tends to use a lot of resource and can really slow your PC / laptop.

Get rid of Norton...Nuff said
It is redundant. If they conflict you will know as one of the programs will complain that the other is there. And maybe they will work together. never tried. It slows up my computer too much having more than one.
God yes.
