If I uninstall Norton Antivirus...?

Will it be removed completely from my system?

This may sound like a very stupid question, but I'm talking about the firewall.

Will it be removed as well?

I accidentally removed ccApp.exe, so now I can't go into the firewall and make some modifications. And since I found better software, I want to remove it once and for all.

So will the firewall be disabled as well?
