it keeps saying im suddenly not under auto protect and my browsing is not safe. This randomly happened yeserday! so i go to fix the setting and it goes through this live symnatec and it doesnt fix a damn thing and just keeps going through the same process....whats the problem? could i have a virus or a hacker that scfrewed with my settings?
I still have 55 days remaining on my subscription so it didnt expire....whats the problem and what should i do?

Actually it is saying this because their may be new virus definations on the web site of Norton. So, you should update your antivirus and it will not show this message again.

If norton is running. Try right clicking on the norton symbol on in the notification area of your desktop (where the clock is) and there should be an option to enable auto protect. Click on it and you're all set.
I would tell you to contact Norton and ask them what can be done to fix it. There might be a problem at their end.
Click on the "Live Feedback" at the top of the symantic screen...or try the "Help and Support " also at the top of the screen.......
