its your firewall, just add limewire to the exeptions list. keep your virus defs up to date though...good luck
My suggestion is don't. First of all, although Limewire does not endorse this, downloading pirated music, videos, and software is illegal (sharing a file that you didn't pay for is piracy). You could potentially download from a fed's computer and get caught.

Second, downloading and file sharing, by their very nature, leave your computer vulnerable to viruses.
