yes i had that same problem. but now i got it out of my computer and got avast. which i think is better than norton
Simple. Just remove any P2P music stealing programs that you have like Kazza, Limewire, Bearshare etc.

What you are seeing is another computer trying to connect to your computer and download some file from your computer to their's.
