What version are you using? Do a search for rnav2004.exe or the like depending on the year of your version. That way you can just delete the folder and that program will wipe out all registry entries. You should use it even if the add/remove programs works. Norton sucks like that.

remove any spyware running with spybot search %26 destroy and/or adaware first
