as far as i know you only get the security software with option 2,3 and 4 not with option 1, contact bt and ask them

only with a single anti virus you cant be save you have to use 3 atleast antivirus such as Mcaffe,pcselline bcoz evry software has limitation
norton is a bit of a system hog for me

i have all 3 of my pc's and my laptop

protected with

AVG antivirus (free version)

ZoneAlarm firewall (free version)

webroot spysweeper ( full paid for version)

never have any problems with any of them.

also use firefox web browser on all

will not, have not, ever trusted internet explorer.

I do not know. You are protected by Norton if it has been installed and is fully updated on your Laptop.
You have to go to the bt software site and download the Norton Yahoo security pack, I will say however i do not use the security software provided as its crap, I know this because i used it for ages and it works to a certain extent but it is weak. Now i use AVG SpyBot Search and Destroy and a program called Trojan Remover and Hey Presto my computer is fan bloomin tastic
