simple..uninstall Norton..install AVG Free..and life will be good.

Norton is very intrusive and I would not recommend it to anyone.
It is not possible, you have to turn off Norton Anti Virus's firewall temporarily to gain access to limewire. LimeWire requires firewall's to be turned off so you can get a good connection.
