First uninstall if you have a previous version of Norton AV. Otherwise, download, install and run regscrubXP registry cleaner, it will remove the previous installer entry.

well, it means that other intaller is opned means that u clicked many time so try by restarting ur computer and retry it

Two anti-virus programs can't run on the same computer!Take yourself off line then un-install the other anti-virus program then take yourself off line and run the Norton install. Do not stay online even for a minute or two without anti-virus protection
