Continuing on the Norton Antivirus 2007 and Trojan. My Norton is on autoprotect so it should be on 2

After it detected the Trojan and placed it in the quarantien section, I deleted the trojan from my quarantine section. Since that time I have run a full scan several times even in "safemode" and nothintg is detected. Sound like this is completed and safe? (within the bounds of what we can consider safe)

First, Your Over reacting, Once you Quarintine it its gone and the quarantine section means that this is what you've currently deleted. And yes it should be on 24/7 so no one can get in. and you should run a scan once a week to make sure your computer is completely clean because some viruses can still get passed your system if its not updated and make sure you check the updates often. Good luck.

if you deleted the trojan from from your harddrive then its gone, Quarantie only means norton gonna place it into safe section so that trojan can't be active
